Terms of Service

By creating an APULODI account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

APULODI provides file storage, transformation and delivery APIs. We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to paid plans will be communicated by email before they take effect.

2. Your account

• Keep your API keys secret — you are responsible for activity made with them.
• One human or organization per account; you are responsible for your teammates’ use within your organization.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use APULODI to store or distribute content that is illegal in Malawi or in your jurisdiction, infringes others’ rights, contains malware, or constitutes abuse (spam, attacks, crypto-mining payloads). We may suspend accounts that violate this, with notice where practical.

4. Billing

Paid plans bill in Malawian Kwacha via PayChangu (mobile money / cards). Subscriptions run for the period you purchased; renewals require an active payment. You can cancel at any time — cancellation keeps paid quotas active until the period ends. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the files you store. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, transform (on your request) and deliver them to you and the recipients you choose.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
